Congratulations to our students winning first prize in EIT FOOD MicroBiome Push Project

Our students won first prize in the competition in the “MicroBiome-Push” project as part of “Food Solutions” – an educational program at the European consortium EIT-FOOD. The group developed a technique to prevent juices’ spoilage – a phenomenon whose damage is estimated at tens of millions of dollars a year.
