Dr. Dan Bracha
We are a diverse team of bioengineers, cell biologists, material scientists, and biophysicists
interested in understanding the principles that govern the dynamic self-organization of the intracellular environment.
Our research focuses on remarkable liquid-structures, known as membraneless organelles, and the link between their biophysical nature and the onset of diseases, including neurodegeneration and cancer. Using a multidisciplinary approach, we bring together diverse perspectives and expertise to study these complex subcellular structures, design tools to reprogram them in vivo, and harness them for biotechnological and therapeutic purposes.
