Undergraduate and graduate student groups won the first two places in Food Solutions of the European Innovation Authority (EIT) international competition.
The groups were asked to develop healthy food with a long shelf life as part of the competition.
The first place developed a vegan omelet for quick preparation and a vegan falafel-flavored snack in the second place.
The developments, led by undergraduate and graduate students, proved that processed food can be both tasty and healthy!
Congratulations to the moderators: Assoc. Prof. Maya Davidovich Pinchas, Assoc. Prof. Avi Shpigelman and Assoc. Prof. Uri Lesmes
