At the end of two fascinating days (March 30-31, 2023), the first cycle of the hackathon on depreciation streams, as part of the FoodTech Nation program to deal with the challenges of depreciation streams and finding sustainable solutions, ended.
The FoodTech program at the Technion is part of the FoodTech Nation community that operates in several academic institutions in Israel to expose and connect students to the food-tech industry, creating collaborations between students from different faculties, understanding the scientific and marketing challenges and learning about the environmental impacts; and impart tools and entrepreneurial thinking.
