Our own star, Shay Moguiliansky, won the 1st MSc Student of the Year Award sponsored by Cargill in the 2023EFFoST conference in Valencia, Spain.
Even though we were not able to participate in the conference due to the challenging times in Israel we were there in our spirit and heart!
I would like to thank the award committee, the hashtag2023EFFoST organizers, and Cargill for recognizing Shay’s dedication, innovation, and commitment to advance the field of food science and technology.
