We are very proud to announce that Alon Gozansky, a graduate student in the laboratory of Prof. Uri Lesmes, has been awarded the prestigious Leonard and Diane Sherman Scholarship for an MSc in Interdisciplinary Studies for the 2025-2026 academic year.
Alon received the scholarship with highest distinction in recognition of his outstanding achievements during his undergraduate studies and his strong potential for interdisciplinary research in his MSc. His research examines how free amino acids and health-promoting bioactive food components influence protein stability in food systems (both model systems and emulsion systems) and their digestibility.
Congratulations, Alon, on this impressive achievement!
We wish you continued success in your academic and research journey.
