Just before the outbreak of “Operation Rising Lion”, our faculty member, Prof. Uri Lesmes, returned from a successful visit on behalf of the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology and our Faculty to Jewish communities in Manchester and London, UK.
During the visit, Prof. Lesmes represented the Technion and shared insights into its wide-ranging activities, with a special focus on the Faculty’s innovative research.
In an insightful article, published in The Jewish Chronicle – the world’s oldest Jewish newspaper, Prof. Lesmes’ scientific and academic journey is highlighted. His work advances cutting-edge research in food engineering, biotechnology, and health, while also educating the next generation of engineers.
Students in our Faculty benefit from a unique combination of innovation, sustainability, and creative scientific thinking – turning the impossible into reality and making a meaningful impact on industry in Israel and around the world.
