Think the World Cup is the ultimate international celebration?
Maybe you haven’t visited our Faculty lately. ๐ŸŒ
On Wednesday, we held the third edition of Culture & Culinary – our Faculty’s community event designed to bring together international and Israeli graduate students.

Participants enjoyed a culinary journey around the world, featuring Mexican corn Dish with cream and nachos, Argentinian empanadas, Moroccan couscous, Indian samosas, Spanish potatoes, Italian arancini, Chinese dim sum, and, of course, Israeli falafel in pita.

The celebration also included a special Faculty edition of the game Alias, where teams from different laboratories competed using biotechnology and food engineering terms, along with plenty of inside jokes from life in the Faculty. The competition was lively, competitive, and full of laughter. ๐Ÿ˜‰

For the third time, it was wonderful to see how food, conversation, and a little friendly competition helped build new friendships and bridge cultural differences within our graduate community.

A huge thank you to our Teaching Coordinator, Idan Lerner, for organizing another fantastic event from start to finish.
Because great science begins with a great community.
