Dozens of enthusiastic students joined us at our Faculty on Tuesday evening to discover the exciting real-world challenges that Tnuva, NVIDIA, the CORE by CBC Group, Teva Pharmaceuticals, Tenova Advanced Technologies, Tosaf, Polymer-G are bringing to SideStream Hack 2026.
The hackathon, focused on transforming industrial side streams into valuable resources, is organized by our Faculty of Biotechnology and Food Engineering, in collaboration with the Chemical Engineering Technion and the Faculty of Department of Materials Science and Engineering -Technion
Following the challenges presentations, students had the opportunity to meet company representatives, ask questions, exchange ideas, and start forming the multidisciplinary teams that will take on these challenges at the hackathon later this month.
The energy, curiosity, and enthusiasm in the Faculty were incredible!
