The Hecht Sustainable Protein Research Center and Carasso FoodTech Innovation Center are excited to share that registration is now open for Beyond the Hype: Science, Technology and Innovation in Sustainable Protein Research conference.

This conference program brings together researchers across biotechnology, food science, and sustainability to examine the scientific and technological challenges shaping the future of sustainable protein.

📊 Poster competition (students: undergraduate through postdoc)
We invite students to submit abstracts for a competitive poster session, with selected participants presenting their work, delivering poster flash talks, and competing for prizes.

An analytical expo, supported by our industry partners, will also be held throughout the day.
