Our doctoral student Alona Shagan, from the lab of Prof. Boaz Mizrahi, was selected to be one of the most prestigious lists of Forbes Under 30 World Forbes Magazine – the list of Israel’s 30 youngest and most promising people. “Biotechnology is the future, or at least I hope so,” says Alona Shagan, a doctoral student in the Faculty of Biotechnology and Food Engineering at the Technion. I would like to see this field flourish – finding smart solutions for doctors is something that can help humanity. ”
