This week, an impressive team from our Faculty is participating in the Food Structure & Functionality Symposium in Grado, Italy.
Held every two years, this international symposium brings together researchers and industry professionals from around the world to explore the science and innovation shaping the future of food.
This year, our Faculty has a particularly strong presence:
Assoc. Prof. Maya Davidovich-Pinhas and seven members of her research team are presenting seven posters and one oral presentation.
Their participation reflects research excellence, scientific curiosity, and dedicated work that extends well beyond our laboratories and onto the international stage.
It is a valuable opportunity to bring our research to the forefront of scientific discussions, exchange knowledge and ideas with colleagues from around the world, and contribute to shaping the future of food science.
